You want to use 1.1.4 but are hesitant to downgrade your bootloader as it is a one way street? Ziphone 2.5 will downgrade to BL 3.9, but with this method you can keep BL 4.6 and just downgrade the baseband. The Google Maps location feature won't work, everything else does!
