Sony-Ericsson opened the Mobile World Congress today by unveiling the XPERIA X1, its first true touchscreen-focused cellphone.  The handset uses Windows Mobile 6 -- not Symbian -- for its OS, but also uses a custom interface of "XPERIA panels."  It also packs HSUPA, Wi-Fi, a 3.2MP camera, and assisted GPS.
